A 67-acre conservation community on County Highway F, with a groundwater-filled former quarry lake, walking trails, and wooded homesites — minutes from Fish Creek and the western edge of Peninsula State Park. Phase I offers 12 homesites now, with 17 more to follow in Phase II.

The Grove is planned as a Dark Sky–compliant community: lighting designed to keep the night sky over Door County as clear as the lake at its center.

The lake at the center of The Grove was a quarry once, stone pulled slowly from the earth over generations. Groundwater filled it in time, and time made it something else entirely — clear, calm, still.
